We had new floors put down in our dining room, living room and entry. Bill did a stellar job. He kept us informed of his progress day to day; he was there when he said he'd be and we knew when he wouldn't be there because he let us know in advance. He was meticulous, thorough and he cleaned up after himself! On top of that, he was very patient with the Rottweiler puppy who provided no-so-able assistance every day!!
